Edit Shipping info form not available

While testing the checkout process, I click on the Edit shipping address. When it goes to that page, the forms to fill out the shipping address are not there. How can they be added?

VM has it's registration that has more parameters than standard jooma registration, so shopers must use:

http://www.boostrules.com./index.php/my-account

to register.

Did you have a chance to see why we are unable to enter a shipping address? The website address is www.boostrules.com

Even after I enter registration details, the link "Edit shipping address" doesn't go anywhere. It just stays on the same page and no fields open up in which to enter the shipping address.
