Resizing images?

Hi,
I just downloaded the Newsflash module and tried it out on my site. It looks not at all like the demo, the title and info are pressed right up against the image, and when the titles are too long for the little slider on the right they just cut right off.
My question for now is how can I change the image size? I see that the image size is set to 169 x 254 when I check the element in firebug, but can't figure out where to go to change that. It's not in CSS, and I can see the image height and width being 'called' in some php files but can't seem to figure out where it is defined.
Also, it just overlaps what is following it in the article. (see screenshot)

Okay clearly I didn't read the parameters close enough!! I can change it right in the Joomla backend. Sorry about that, I'll be back if I encounter any real problems
