Could not upload server error.

A question please, when i downloaded the .zip file do i a) upload that whole file or b) unzip it and upload a particular .zip ,,,,as their are 4-5 .zip file once the main downloaded .zip is extracted.

right as it is right now, nothing happens i click on the browse button, click on (hot_architecture_hotstart) and after a long wait i get this message :
(There was an error uploading this file to the server.)

You have 2 variants of installation: inside existing Joomla or HotStart that install template + demo data. Please open PDF from the package and follow detailed instructions.

could kindly guide me to correct the follow titles/header in the architecture template.

* Architecture (want ot change this title)
* Construction
* Materials
* Elements
* Interior Design

where in the admin can i find and edit the above TITLES and there linked text.

Go in Module Manager and find Hot Image Slider module. There you can find fields where you can change those headings.
