I don't understand. If you set the layout parameter all to zero, NOTHING is displayed on the page(s).

I knew this would happen but tried it anyway: when all the parameter are set to zero you should see zero on the pages, and that is exactly what happens.

What next?

When I set these values all to zero, no articles are displayed on any of the pages; exactly what Joomla says will happen.

What do I try next?

I am willing to set your support staff up with access to our backend so yoo can diagnose if you don't know how it should work. It would be helpful to other users of this template as well.

Let me know.

(this is the second time I posted this response. The last time was not displayed so I posted this again)

No change. Images are still 'confused'; wrong size in wrong place as originally described.

What to try next?

I don't know if this is true or not, but it almost seems as though a flag is not set properly; that is, when the article is in the Leading position it should enable the full image, and when it is pushed down out of the lead position it should enable the small image. This is what is NOT happening.

In my example, the BLUE-B is the full blue image and the BLUE-S is the small version of the same image (this also shows on the image and is also true of the RED-B and RED-S images). On the Education page the BLUE TEST Article is in the leading spot, and should be showing the BLUE-B image, but it is not. The RED Test Article is behaving properly. In both cases, if you select 'read more...' to see the full article, the full images are displayed properly.

I don't know how to overcome this 'problem', and thought these examples may help to diagnose.
