Site doesn't work on IE9 or Safari

www.ziggystc.com Everything seems to be working fine in Chrome, and on iPhone I haven't tested it in Firefox yet. The W3C CSS Validator results came back reading:
131 Value Error : border-style initial is not a style value : initial
131 Value Error : border-color initial is not a color value : initial
131 Property border-image doesn't exist in CSS level 2.1 but exists in [css3] : initial

I've looked at the demo on IE9 and it works just fine and as far as I know I didn't change anything that would have done this. I changed the background color; I think that's it.

Don't worry that is normal, if you want you can just delete those properties.

I got it working by switching the template to one of the default ones and then back. That did it for IE...however, Safari is a mess! All it does is the script from my front page. Still a problem...

You open that file in <tempale folder>/css , and you delete that line, that is it.
