Ask a question about this product- Emails.

Hello,
I am not receiving my emails sent from this button "Ask a question about this product". The email is the same in the global configuration and in the shopping details. Can you please help me.

Maybe they go to SPAM, or mail settings on your server does not work so you can not send mails from site at all.

Nope they don't go to spam. The contact form is working just fine but the ask about product does not send and I don't receive any message.

Ok then problem is with site mail sending. Open account on mandrill.com/ , take SMTP settings and enter them in your joomla global configuration.
