website name in browser

I'm at a lost. Where/how do I chance the name of the site from "Hot Events - Joomla Events Template" to "Something Else" in the browser topbar?

Hi,

You should edit default menu item in Menu Manager. This is the item marked with a star. There look for Page Display tab.
