css_request=1 - How do i edit these CSS rules was created by mikesoden

Hi,

How are most of the CSS rules being created/ how do i edit these?

Most CSS rules are being set by the css_request=1... format, and I can't find a css file that they appear in.

Please help!

That is css/templates_css.php

as you can see that is php file. Its content is generated form template options.
