Hot Sailing Template was created by holidaysinrome

Hi, Hot sailing on the template for joomla version 3 appears this error:
Strict Standards: Only variables Should be assigned by reference in /home/templates/hot_sailing/index.php on line 203
Can you tell me how to fix it, thank you.

That is harmless warning , just to to global configuration and level down value of "Error reporting" parameter
