Trying to Purchase - site keeps grashing

I'm trying to sign up - it's been 3 hours.

The site keeps crashing no matter which joomla subscription I select to purchase.

It does not instill confidence if this is how it's starting.

Not only that, there's no where to contact, except create an id and put the details up here.

Can someone HELP? I've tried three / four ISP's and still the same issue.

Every time it's parsing through https: your site dies.

If in the next two hours, I have no success... I'm going back to the places I CAN buy templates from.

Please try with different browser. Also I can send you direct payment link if you tell me which plan you are about to purchase?

I have tried Chrome, Mozilla and Explorer, and all are having the same issue.

I am trying to sign up for the Personal Joomla Plan.

If you can send me a link, and it works great.

My concern is that once paid, what id I cannot download or there are continuous issues?

I have just made a paypal purchase, and an ebay purchase, so the site or AV is seemingly not an issue.
