I don't know why you can't see the site because you're not blocked at all and your IP is white listed.

My support team suggested this:

Do a Traceroute to see the path from your computer to the server and that will help them to determine why you're not getting to the server.

Here is an article about how to run a Traceroute but I bet you understand this better than I do.

It works when I enable USA location for VPN in Opera.

In Extensions > Templates > Hot Fast Food > Custom > CSS you should have this:

Please make sure this piece of CSS code is there and not deleted.

That code was the problem. I had somehow deleted part of the code and caused it to not work so I fixed it and it's working like a charm.
