Joomla Update to 3.2 - VERY BIG PROBLEM!!!

Hello,

after update Joomla to 3.2 most functions from template are down.

- no smooth scroll
- most of all css definitions didn´t work correctly
- Theme options not available

What can i do???

For example i have install the "Hot OnePage Template", with demo content, and update joomla to 3.2.

after you replace those two files refresh couple times with ctrl+F5 (back-end in template options page)

i can see you solved the problem. But put the files on destination, but the problem keep.
How did you solved it ?

you need to refresh template options page few times so browser loads new js file, it is probably using one form cache now
