\hot_skies_unzip_first

I have downloaded hot_skies_unzip_first, after unzip I was able to install all folders beside hot_skies_hotstart.zip. I have joomla 1.5 installed, what am I supposed to do because the installed template seem to be lacking some files.

I have attached a file which explain what happens after copy all the files into the root directory, take note that I already have Joomla installed in my server - so its not possible to run your installation file. refer to the attached file.

I have removed Joomla from my sever and uploaded all the Hotstart files but I can't run installation there are two possible errors, i.e.
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
