Hot Newsflash problems

I have just installed HOT Newsflash on Joomla 1.6 site.

Seems to work ok, default displays fine

However there are no parameters in Extension- Module Manager any ideas ???

There can be custom module with that name , look for another one with that name(notice the type of module should be something like mod_hot_newsflash)

I cannot find any modules with same name ????

Ok, I lodged in with your site and saw it. Can you reinstall module but use "Upload Package File" way of installation with zip file in extensions manager this time just in case.

Do you have joomla 1.6 compatible Hot Newsflash btw?

I assume I have 1.6 version

I installed if via extensions, Browse ( to zip file) and then upload & install

I have already uninstalled it and installed again with no effect

If you assume then go and download it again but make sure it's for 1.6.
(there are specific download links for each version )
If that does not work inform us again.
