creating newsfeed

hi,

i have a question about creating a newsfeed from the website.
when i click on the rss newsfeed icon for my website, it shows the information from the featured articles. can you tell me where you specify what is sent to the outgoing feed? i was thinking of including the information from the News Highlights.
