Bottom menu disappear on mobile

Hallo!
I'm using Hot Explorer Template, I have two menu: one at the top (position topmenu) and one at the bottom of the page. I've enabled the responsive menu, when I open my site from the mobile the topmenu becames a select box and this is ok, but the bottom menu disappears.
How can I do to see the bottom menu normally but keeping the topmenu as select box?

Can you send link so we could see that

First are you sure you want that menu tpye for bottom menu. You can checge menu type in template options under "Menu Configuration" tab, maybe joomla classic - horizontal is best for that place.

If you want dro-down for bottom menu then add this at bottom of template_css.css:

.bottommenu SELECT.tinynav{
position:static!important;
}

If I change it in a Joomla Classic or horizontal I have to modify the css, too?

Worthless question. I change it in a Joomla Classic menu, as you suggest, and now it works properly. Thank you so much for the help!
