I downloaded HOT Joomla Carousel from your website (Joomla 1.6 version) then went to Extensions > Module Manager > HOT Joomla Carousel to enable the module. There are no paramaters visible in the admin. I enabled the module and it is showing up on my home page (but not working obviously).

Any ideas as to why no parameters are showing up in the module manager? All my other modules have no problem.

I'm Using the following environment:

Joomla 1.6
localhost dev server with:
MySql: 5.1.5
PHP: 5.3.5
Web Server: Apache/2.2.19 running on Win 7 x64

Any insight would be appreciated.

Are you using clean Joomla or modification (like T2 framework)?

I'm using T3 Framework. That said, I got the parameters to appear but now I can't seem to get the images to appear.

The carousel is just what I was looking for. clean, simple and straight forward. I'm at a bit of a loss to figure out why the images won't appear. I created the "stories" folder under joomla/images and put in a few test pics. looking at the parameters and xml file it seems it should just work.

Any thoughts? Also, How do I get rid of the "HOT Joomla Carousel" title that appears on the upper left corner of the carousel?

Thankks in advance.

If joomla is root of your site that you shoud not put it in path so not:

joomla/images/stories

just:

images/stories

To be clear, Joomla is the root and my path is images/stories (no leading or trailing slashes)

Attached is a pic of my settings along with a pic of module.

Please go to Global configuration and disable SEF links or enable SEF links with mod_rewrite. You will need to rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess

Hope this helps.
