Bug on the menu was created by antrofilico
Sometimes a empty space between the second level on the hierachical menu arise, when the mouse pointer is over this empty space, the menu shake like hell.
I think this is a bug, not is?

You can't see yet, because the site is in my localhost.
But I disvovered why that happen: is the css class called "active". This css is causing the bug. The bug is a white space when the mouse pointer is on the menu item. This menu item have the "active" css class.
Can you help me to resolve this problem?

.active is core thing for joomla menus. Its class of active menu items. You can not give me link but 99% that is due some padding / margin properties you added . Probably on hover margin or padding changes and it causes layout disturbance.
so check what is padding/margin difference with hover and non-hover style.
I recommend chrome "Inspect Element" functionality. To capture on-hover properties set debugger upper bound to be little below you menu so when you right click item in drop-down you can move mouse over chrome context menu to debugger area not terminating :hover style.
