How to remove "footer_bg.png" from contains

i want to remove the "footer_bg.png" only from content of the inset area.

inside the article, looks like a reflector.

I want to remove it only in the content area, because the same apears also corectly on the bottom of the page.

Yes this is the code, but i don't want to remove it for ever, in other potitions is need it...
