Position of the control buttons

Actually...the Hot Effects Rotator in the ecommerce template...when I shrink the size, how can I move the position of the control buttons to be relative to the smaller size?

They should be automatically positioned, what is the problem?

I tried to shrink the height to 250 and the control buttons (the three small circles) show up below the intended position, into the lower position- they do not move with the resizing (see screenshot)
