Edit layout.css file and add line

padding-left:100px;

under line

Add this somewhere in styles.
(may need to change value of 100)

.hotcarousel {
padding-left: 100px;
}

in what file? I'll tring to join to the layaout.css but...hot corousel don't move to the center of module-user1
