There are no images in this gallery

I have tried everything I can find, and I can not figure out why I can't get the Hot Photo Gallery plugin to work. I've made sure my folders are set to 777, I've made sure that the plugin is actually installed and enabled, I've also made sure that the picture files are titled properly, and that they are the correct format(jpg).

You probably missed the folder where your image are uploaded. Please give me exact URL on your site where are your images for the gallery?

Also, it's not recommended to chmod folders to 777. It's safer to chmod folders to 755 and files to 644.

This is what I have in the article:

{photogallery}/images/photogalleries/testgallery{/photogallery}

and putting the entire path into the article doesn't make it work either.

I can not solve my problem. I bought this extension 1 or 2 years ago. Now I needed to use it in the hotjoomlatemplate, but it does not work.
Message is the as follows.

There are no images in this gallery.
I am sure the everything is correct but I can not see my pictures.
