Joomla 2.5.1 and HotRealEstate was created by pclarke

Is anyone else having issues with 2.5.1 and the real estate template? I find it easier to explain with pics - so hopefully they are visible. News Flash 4 is not displaying (on the right) as well as it is pulling test text instead of articles from category as I have set up. Could there be issues with 2.5 template? Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.

Did you install 2.5 at start or you had older versions and did upgrade?

Did you finish HotStart installation. From your screen shots, perhaps you did not.

Hmmm. Didn't use hotstart. I did, however, copy the demo folder over just to use some graphics as place holders. IS this the reason?
