Could you please try to describe your problem in some other words?

To change the video, please edit module Video Feature in module manager. There you should paste new code snippet that you can get from YouTube.

Hi I pasted code snippet from Youtube and it deleted the old code in Video Feature. The new code just disappears even though I update and save. Now i have nothing to refer to lost the original template code that may have help. Help please.

You need to configure your editor and joomla to allow that HTML. In joomla global configuration set all options in "Text Filtering" to no filtering, then enter your editor plugin settings and remove bans

Hello. I'm using Joomla 2.5. I have downloaded and installed the Hot Restaurant 2.5 template on my local server (localhost). When I opened my site everything was working properly. I navigated to change the "Video Feature" module and did not find the code. I refreshed my site and now the video is gone.

I discovered in this thread that I need to allow the HTML as mentioned. I did this and used the "embed video" option with my YouTube video (because my joomla & editor wiped out the original code because of the default filtering). It seemed to work just fine except the video was too large for the left module position so I dumped my video.

I was hoping to get the original html code that came with the template if anyone know what that was.
