The theme does not install was created by PokerWise

The theme does not install in the panel and not in filezilla. What am I doing wrong?

Please give us more details? Did you unzip archive that you downloaded from our site? Did you read and follow PDF with instructions.

I think so. The real problem is I have little experience with joomla: (I'll try again the following PDF

Did you click on "Install Sample Data" during hot_start installation.

I reinstalled joomla. I dont know friend, if someone wants to install for me I give the details of my ftp account. i can pay for this service too.
