NO ENTIENDO NADA!!!!!!

Compré un servicio para usar los "templates" que ofrecen y los estoy tratando de instalar en Joomla desde WebEmpresa, al final de la instalación lo que veo no tiene nada que ver con lo que estoy comprando!!!! Necesito que alguien que hable y entienda español me explique claramente que pasa o quiero mi dinero de regreso!!!!!

Nobody speaks Spanish here (sorry) but if you send us your hosting access, we can check what's problem. You can use "Report to moderator" button to send data privately.

I bought a service to use the "templates" that you offer and I'm trying to install in Joomla by WebEmpresa, at the end of the installation I can't see anything that you offer!!!! - You need to install hot start, it is included in zip you got from us ...hot_start.zip . You unpack all files from that archive to your web root. Then you browse site base link to start installation. It should be easy.

I found the problem, the button of "examples installation" doesn't work.
I did the same exercice with other template and, I don't have problem.

? where is that button you are refering?
