ERROR - PHP Warning

Hi,
I had install this module, but when i go to adm modules and click on to change the module position show me this msg error:

PHP Warning: html_entity_decode () espera o parâmetro 1 ser matriz de cadeia, dada em E: \ home \ maurobento \ Web \ libraries \ joomla \ html \ parâmetro \ elemento text.php \ na linha 45

What i do?

I'am not sure because error text looks like Spanish, if it's libraries \ joomla \ html \ parâmetro \ elemento then that path does not exists truly ?

"PHP Warning: html_entity_decode() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in E:\home\maurobento\Web\libraries\joomla\html\parameter\element\text.php on line 45"

How i make this? How i turn off HTML cleanup?

You can turn this option off in module parameters in Joomla backend (Module Manager > HOT Scroller).
