How to get the module tittle style

How can I get the module(user 9-12) tittle style for all module such "ADVERT 1-4" or "USER 5-8"

User 9-12 - that should not exist for that template???

But In The Module Position Documentation It's Exist. Pls check the link, I got the link from the documentation.

That is Hot Destinations template. What do you want to change exactly?

you can use

.footer div.moduletable h3{
...
}

to style it.

.footer div.moduletable h3 span{
...
}

id for orange first word

Yes I am talking about Hot Destination Template, Thanks for your reply but I am unable to understand to which file should I edit and where. Pls tell me some details.
