Title Header color was created by joeleach
Some of my module title header fonts are black, not blue like the main menu. Can I change them to the Blue color to match the template?

That can be changed from template parameters if you use custom style or it may be that you use style4 then you need to edit styles/style4.php
change:
$columnFirstWord = "#000";
$columnHeading = "#000";
change:
$columnFirstWord = "#000";
$columnHeading = "#000";

Thanks, I am using style 4 and those values in styles/style4.php are as you suggest.
However, when I look at the settings for Top Menu, Main Menu and Headings I see this error message after almost every line:
Notice: Undefined variable: value in /home5/whatsth9/public_html/templates/hot_ecommerce/elements/hotcolor.php on line 53
That error was also showing up in a Google AdSense Module I was trying to place in a few different positions.
What is that about? Can you help?

yes open that file hotcolor.php
replace every appearance of "$value" with "$this->value" , you can do Replace All
