Strange: no VM2 Shopadmin with laptop + mobileInet

Hello. This is strange. I can access the Shopadmin in my test installation AND in the administration of the client's site. I am on a normal DSL Connection.

BUT the client is not able to get into the Shopadmin when BOTH trying his shop and my test shop. The admin envirement of Joomla instead works perfect for him.

The client uses Vodafone mobile internet on a normal laptop. I guessed him to try out with wlan so he wents to mc-donald because there is no DSL in the near where he lives.

Do you have such experiences too? Any suggestions?

Joomla 1.7.3, VM 2.0, German/English Mulitlanguare Core & VM2, HotJoomla eCommerce.

Well mobile internet networks are slower then normal, maybe he lives in some area where network coverage is poor so requests time-out. I don know anything relevant I could tell you based on your post.

Yes, that is clear. But he is able to access the vm2 shopadmin when using another template. I checked this and found out that in the case of eCommerce, several scripts jquery are loaded. And perhaps his provider blocks something. As i already said, this is only when using eCommerce with VM2.

well i don't think that is case, providers can not just block scripts, that can be done only in client computer. Only thing caused bu providers cold be blocking. I use mobile network for internet , if you give me access I can check if that problems accrues with me. (use "Report To Moderator")

I sent you the details for access. The client is sitting on hot stones. I told him about my recherches. But I don't know whether it can be a blocking from loading Google Scrips oder any JS. VM2 has built in the fixes. So you can deactivate google jquery. For the other scripts there would be the theorethy that they have to be cache loaded perhaps. This one can be reached by modifying htaccess. But, and that is important to know: I am able to access my store and his store both. And he cannoth access both of them. Thats fact. I am waiting for his responding. He wants to try with a WLAN connection somewhere outside. But maybe he is in need of another computer to check this out. I cannot controle really if he does the right steps like cache and cookie erase and so on. We will see.... Thank you Ivan for your time!

It works OK (even fastest I have seen) , I tested in Chrome and IE9 an IE7(compatibility).
