It should be in:
/ecommerce/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/languages/product/<language_name>.php

it is no text "image gallery" & "description" in the file /ecommerce/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/languages/product/english.php

They are in file /components/com_virtuemart/themes/hot_ecommerce/templates/product_details/flypage.tpl.php (around lines 55-56).
