Wrapper material not visible in Opera and IE9

I have wrapped some info in the link www.scholarius.com/repository/document-uploads . Please view this in Opera 11.11 and IE9. Renders well in Chrome, FF and Safari.

You should be able to see the Upload button.

This area is for registered users only. I will enable you to login with the Username: milov and Password: milov. Please view the page and let me know, how to sort this out.

I had no issue with the previous template JS_INSPIRON from Joomlashack.

Since the registration is free you please register and then have a look at it. The USER and PASSWORD already assigned (milov) will not work.

I could not register in IE9 and Chrome , because your "Register" button is not responding?

Now you can try. I have removed the Login module from the 'panel'.

Again bad, now there is no button at all.

Please check this issue again. It works in all the browsers. Login through Opera and get back to me.
