Hi,

I deleted everything from the 'public_html' folder then unzipped and uploaded the fashion store hotstart. Now I get :

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@disputeclothing.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm not sure what else I can do to fix it?

Thanks in advance

Will

It looks like some files were lost during the ftp copy. Can you copy whole hot_start zip file and then unpack it on your server using your hosting control panel.

I don't have the option of unzipping it on the server, it must be unzipped then uploaded. I tried this twice with Filezilla with no failed uploads reported. I have since installed joomla and the template and am now customizing it for my client. Also, when trying to edit the template, Firebug tells me the css is in a file called 'www.disputeclothing.com#2', but I can't find this file.

Thanks

Some CSS is dynamically changing, and it's in file template_css.php.

I've got the same problem but don't understand what to do with this information.
Could someone explain, please ?
