Issues with Hotstart Installation

I purchased the Fashion Template yesterday (First time of purchasing a product from Hot Joomla Templates) and I have been struggling with the installation. I have tried in on two different servers with the same results. Basically, the sample install does not install all native Joomla compoments, modules and plugins. Virtuemart is not appearing on the components list, in short, it does not function properly. I am sure you are aware of this error so please tell me the solution. Did you use hot_start (whole joomla with demo data and template - you just copy content from zip to your web root) installation from package you received?

Hi, yes I used hotstart and I followed the installation instructions carefully. I am not a Joomla newbie and I have used rocketlauncher several times which is pretty much the same thing.

Perhaps you did not click INSTALL SAMPLE DATA during installation process. Please confirm. Did you see "Sample data loaded..." message in that step?

Yes, I did click install sample data and i got the "sample data installed successfully" message. I checked the database and all the native Joomla data were there including virtuemart, so they did install successfully but for some reason, they aren't showing up on the website. Would you like me to provide you with the login details?

Please check your configuration.php file. Is it pointing to the correct database? You can send me login privately (Report to Moderator).
