overlapping rows and menu

Please my site:www.kingsflairinternational.com has overlapping rows

i just installed the image slider and the top menu is now overlapping the logo.
secondly, the dropdown menus at the top are now longer dropping on mouse over but are just droped and static

please how can i change this?

Go to layout designer and set class value for first row "header_bar"

Then add this to template_css.css:

.header_bar{
height: 130px;
}

the layout designer is not responding to the row editing
I tried to aet the value but it will not allow value input

Its working now

please i have effected the code and now it has scattered the setthing of the site.
The width is not set and the sides are just reaching all the sides of the site.
Please how do i change this settings
