Problems with jQuery with accordion module.

Hi.
I'm trying to use the horizontal accordion module "JUX Horizontal Accordion Slider" to show some images on my clients website.
After trying to make it work (not an expert on jQuery code) I came in contact with the module manufacturer and after 3 days they said the problem was with the templates jQuery.
I'm using Sparky Pro and Joomla 3.3.6.

Usually you disable jquery in module

I already tried to disable jquery in module.

I searched for similar problems in the forum and found another one with conflict in JEvents and Accordion Menu.
Tried the same solution you gave to him but no effect.

The inicial slider on the website uses jquery and is working fine.

I thought the problem was with the module but the manufacturer said the problem was with the template.
He created another accordion module on the website and used with the default template from Joomla. It works fine.

I just wish to know what is the problem and I can search a solution myself, no problem.
But until now I have no solution and no knowledge of what is the problem.

And this site has to be ready to deliver this thursday (tomorrow) to my client.

I just wish to know where the real problem is and search for a solution.

Maybe if I disable acc menu jquery code. Is that possible?

I just noticed another problem.
All of my template options are gone!

I'm using the Sparky Pro (2013 version). If I install the new one without erasing anything will I lose any options like row classes, css file or other specs I have used so far?
