Sparky Pro layout.css

I am new to Sparky Pro and have it installed on a localhost with Joomla 3.3.6. I have been attempting to follow the video tutorial for Layout Designer and all was good until it referenced layout.css and how to customize it. It states in the video that this file is included as part of Sparky but there is no such file in the package I downloaded. What do I do now?

You can find it under template folder's /css folder. You can edit it form FTP or form joomla template editor. (In template manger click on styles)

That is exactly the problem....it doesn't exist. I attach a screen capture of the css folder to show the situation. It is also does show in template manager. I also checked in a fresh unzipped download of Sparky and there is no such file.

Ok we don't have it in all versions. You can use teamplet_css.css instead
