As the icons rotate around my Spinner, they are very shaky. Is there any way to make the rotation of the icons totally smooth?

Well you can make FPS value more bigger.

open modules\mod_hot_spinner\tmpl\default.php

You would find:

...
refresh_interval:30,//refresh interval = 1/fps (ms)
...

change this value. You will have to change rotation speed from module parameters after that to make it rotate with same speed.

NOTE: more fps = more CPU usage

I changed to the following:
refresh_interval: 60

1. First time set Rotation speed to 60. Images still very shaky.
2. Changed rotation speed to 30. Image less shaky, but still shaky.

What fps and rotation speed values do you suggest for a smooth medium-to-slow rotation of the images in the wheel?
Note: Perspective angle is 1.

Did you consider turning off mirroring.

I would like to keep the reflection on. However, I disabled it and it did not make a difference. It's really important for my site not to have the shaky/gittery icons. If I give you my ftp/back-end credentials, can you please take a look at it and adjust the settings as necessary to get a "smooth" rotation?
