Banner on USER4 position

Hi guys,

I am trying to place a banner at module position "USER4", but after doing all process it doe not show up. I can see the title module but not the banner.
Is there any way to make it works?

There is no restriction, put it there and give me link so I could check what is causing image not to appear.

Also maybe you missed something like menu assignment or so , can you first check for that?

Hi, what module type do you use? Can you just use custom HTML module?

I place the title just to show you where I want it, if the banner shows up I will take the title off.
I am using the "USER4" module as banner because I want to use the click and impression features as well. As banner I can have control of my clients' banner.
What do you suggest?

Ok I just tested on my local copy banners for that template and all is ok. I did minimal setup just created an banner "banner1" , entered the title and selected the image. Then in module manager just created the banners module in user4 by setting only module position and title. Eater you have set something wrong or you have content blocked by browsers.
