Problem with drop down top_menu

I have renamed items in the hot start top_menu, they all work fine on every page called, with one exception. I have set up a contact us page and the drop down doesn't function. I've checked previous posting on the forum for simlar issue but I am running Joomla 2.5 and the screen shots in your example are for an earlier version with different set-up. I have attached some screenshots, any ideas?

Sorry, the site is on localhost, testing and building before upload. Think the issue may be related to Jomres, have looked at some of the earlier posts on here, will try the suggested fixes for that first. Thanks

I think nobody else had that issue before. It appears like script is not working. View site using chrome , right click then "inspect element". Console will be shown below and if conflicts there will be red messages in it.

Thanks for your reply Ivan, I'd noticed that someone was having issue with jQuery when using jomres, but it was late last night and I hadn't read all the content! New trick for me, using Chrome, I'd used Inspect Element in Firefox, but nowhere near as powerful as the Chrome version...

I've attached a screenshot, I can't see why this happens, and it is only on this page. I'm using the JD Contact module and Login module. I've tried unpublishing each module to see if they are affecting it, but it makes no difference.

Click on second icon in left bottom corner to show them.
