Cannot load plugins

Hi,
after the template installation (manual) I cannot load any plugins.
like: {gallery}myfoldername{/gallery}, {loadposition xxx}

When I write the code inside the article to load the plugin nothing happens.
Τhe strange is when i loging in on the webside everything works, I have checked 100s times the module and plugin permissions, but nothing.

Can someone help me with this?????

What plugin is it? Is it our Hot Photo Gallery plugin? Are you sure that you installed and published the plugin?

no it's a another imagegallery plugin (SIGE) but is the same like yours HOT Photo Gallery Plugin {photogallery}images/stories/sample{/photogallery}
and the second is the system content plugin for load any module in a article {loadmodule xx}.

All works fine when some one on the wbsite is logged in, when not the plugins don't work

Check if all options in "Text Filter" tab in global configuration is set to no-filtering
