Rotator & Promo Banners Not Centered

I am using Joomla 2.5.3 and VM 2.0.2 with the Hot Start Install.

All is well except for the rotator and promo banners left aligning with the top menu instead of being centered like the demo. I have attached a screen shot.... any ideas on how to correct? Thanks.

try adding this to bottom of template_css.css:

#slider{
margin: 0 auto!important;
}

Adding the code did not produce any results, keep in mind that not just the slider is off alignment; the promo banners are floating right as well. The slide and both promo 1 and promo 2 are by themselves in perfect relationship with each other, just not with the rest of the page.

You can tell by the screen shot that promo 1 is floating right over the dots.

Just crop the image www.akimsu.com/images/promo/promo1.jpg . It's currently too wide. Please reduce it's width.
