Background site

I want to change the site background color (now is black). This color appears in the browser at left and right of the web pages when the % visualization of the site is reduced.

Add this to template _css.css at bottom:

BODY > DIV,
BODY > DIV > DIV{
background: transparent;
}

I'm sorry but does not work, the borders are still black.

The borders would be white or grey.
