New Installation - Hotel was created by netider

I just purchased the template. I get blank screen when i try to hotstart install at this:

domain.com/installation/index.php?view=preinstall

what i did?
- unzip and upload to server
- checked permission 755 for folders and 644 for files.

Kindly help!

Makes me wonder.. there is a support problem here! 16hrs and no response yet.

Please give us correct link of your domain. I guess domain.com is not your real domain. We need that to check what's happening.

The root folder of your site needs user/pass. The /welcome folder has Hotel installed properly, but some files are missing:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) /welcome/templates/mainportal/css/scrollTo.css
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) /welcome/templates/mainhotel/images/spacer.png
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) /welcome/templates/mainhotel/images/spacer.png

Perhaps you failed to upload all files properly by FTP. Check this.

I don't find scrollTo.css files in the zip i got download from your site both in 2.5 & 3 versions.

spacer.png file does exist on the server. Permission is 644.

by the way, can you please remove the site details in your previous post for security reasons?
