Create a sub-menu from Top Menu

Hello! Today i'm trying to build a New menu on Top Menu. I create a new field and it's ok. Now i can't create a sub menu from a new top menu i create. For example : i create a field called DOOR. Now i need a sub menu inside DOOR like red, white, brown, green etc... So i need to place a new article each one field (red, white, brown, green etc..) i tryed to do it but i don't know how to do it. Someone help me? Kind regards !

I will try to explain better : i have to create a new field in TOP MENU. I need to create inside this new field a drop down SUB MENU with some fields. Try to go : www.parcodellenazioni.com . You see a menu with : HOME PAGE,SOGGIORNI, GALLERIA, PUNTI DI INTERESSE, MATRIMONI E EVENTI, MENU ? Ok. I have created last field MENU, now i need to create a drop down menu inside this field MENU, understand? I need to create a drop down menu like other fields HOME PAGE,SOGGIORNI, GALLERIA, PUNTI DI INTERESSE, MATRIMONI E EVENTI. I hope understand ! :) I don't know how to create a drop down menu. :(

You just create new menu items as you need and set their parent to be menu item titled "MENU"

When you create or edit menu item on first tab in right section of age there is drop-down that lets you pick item parent
