abnormal animation

Hi all I'm trying this Module, and I noticed a strange thing. the movement is not perfectly direzzionale, or better, the animation of mistaken few pixels upwards.

add this to template_css.css:

Hi and thk for the fast answer, but, sorry i don0t have understand if i have to add your code in my template.css off my template or if i have to make a new file named template_css.css.
Because i have add your code in my templeate.css but nothing change
