Damarcation between the Logo Position and User 3

Please how can i separate the Logo Position and User 3 position. so that there will be a little demarcation between them. please use www.bulksmsbank.com as a point of reference and note that the banner is on the Logo position. if it means increasing the height of the logo position and showing a demarcation between the Logo Position and User 3. thank you

i want a demarcation between the Logo Position and User 3 position. that is between the image and the main menu.. that is what i want but the code you gave me only separated user 3 and advert 2 and that is not what i want.
