Hot Flashes problem

this is second time i hv same problem
the pictures in hot flashes not showing, only black
i try to upload it again from control panel of my host and change size and many things but nothing

there is anything i could make it from Joola control panel?

by the way i reupload most of original files in case there is some problem but it still same

everytime i try to change a pictures of main 5 menu this happened

i just go to my control panel of host to same directory as they explain in website and reupload it but after that become black

It seams like you eater don't have images in:

templates\hot_flashes\images\menu\

of maybe just CHMOD is set not to allow reading.

by default that folder should contain:

sub1.png - sub5.png

and

bg1.jpg - bg5.jpg
