Component Headings Missing?

I installed a component and in the top where it would normally display the component heading or article heading, or page heading it does not with this component. I also added to the menu item a page title and page sub-title and set it to display. It does not display a heading and so the component moves up into that space and does not look correct. How can this be fixed.

Note: I was having the same issue with login and signup but fixed it with the menu page title and page subtitle.

I do have to say I like that Sparky framework. It was sooooo easy to add a new "top" position.
