Problems while installing the template

I followed the Joomla Template Installation Instructions an met some problems in step 5.
The following warning shows upp:

The text says:

I continue and will see what happens.

Installation failed.

Check chmod of your files and folders particularly /tmp folder because error mentions it. Set it to 755. cpanel's or your hosting file manager can manage CHMOD

Hi after installing Responsive Template, from Joomla Extension Manager and select as default template, the main page shows a blank page. www.lmz.myph.ph :woohoo:
